I opened a ticket a while ago for a problem and received the reply that my problem is a known bug and will be fixed in the future. How can I track the status of my bug ? will I be informed when it’s fixed somehow ?
If you open a ticket that relates to a known bug, the support team will likely provide a Jira ID for it. Currently, however, there is no standard location to check the status of that bug or when it will be fixed.
